Quick note before the details: the code and original writing on this site are free to reuse under the licenses below. The photos logo, and stock-derived designs are not — they’re either licensed from third-parties or belong to real people who agreed to appear here, so they’re carved out of the open license entirely.

1. Design & stock assets

The hero graphics were composed in Adobe Express, built around a photo licensed from OneLineStock on Adobe Stock:

assets/img/envelope-icon.webp — used as the contact-page favicon. Icon from UXWing. Free for personal and commercial use; attribution is not required (though UXWing notes credit is appreciated if reasonably possible). Redistribution, resale, or claiming ownership of the icon itself is not permitted.
Globe, Envelope and Facebook icons — Above three Bootstrap Icons, used in the survey, are from Bootstrap Icons — Globe. MIT licensed — see their repository for full terms.

None of the above are covered by this site’s CC license.

4. Libraries & services

SurveyJS Form Library — MIT licensed, used to render the survey form.
Web3Forms — third-party form-submission API used to handle survey delivery. Governed by Web3Forms’ own Terms of Service, not this site’s license.
Google Sheets and Google Apps Script — Google Sheets is used to store survey responses, and Google Apps Script is used to automate data handling and integration workflows. They follow Google’s own terms of service, not this site’s license.

Privacy & data handling

If you fill out the survey on this site, here’s what happens to it:

Responses are treated as anonymous — the collected responses are not linked to individual participants or used to identify respondents.
Storage — responses are stored via Google Sheets/Google Apps Script, which functions as a data processor with technical access to what’s submitted.
No public sharing or sale — data isn’t shared publicly or sold to third parties. Note that Google, as the storage provider, isn’t the same as “no external party has access”; this section will be updated if the backend changes.
